TriNet Medical LLC uses SMS text messages exclusively for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and account security purposes. These messages may include verification codes or authentication prompts needed to access your account.
No marketing, promotional, advertising, or informational messages are sent using this SMS service.
How Users Provide Verbal Consent?
Before we send any SMS messages to a mobile phone number, users must give clear verbal consent. The following process is used:
- A TriNet Medical representative explains that the user will receive SMS messages for security and verification purposes.
- The representative clearly discloses:
- That SMS messages will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA).
- How frequently messages may be sent (only during login, verification, or 2FA events).
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- The user verbally agrees to receive these SMS messages.
- The TriNet Medical representative records this verbal consent in TriNet Medical's internal system (for audit and compliance), before any SMS 2FA messages are sent.
- No SMS 2FA messages are sent unless verbal consent has been obtained and recorded.

This code expires in 10 minutes.
Reply STOP to opt out.
Reply HELP for help.
Opt-Out & Help Instructions
Users can stop receiving SMS 2FA messages at any time by replying:
- STOP– to unsubscribe and opt out of future SMS messages
- HELP– to receive assistance
When a user replies STOP, TriNet Medical will respect the opt-out and will not send further SMS unless the user consents again.
