Welcome to TriNet Medical LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service application (the "Service") available at www.trinetmedical.com, the website, and through our mobile application.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must create an account to use the Service and agree to keep your information accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Some features may require payment of fees as described on our pricing page or in invoices / Statements of Work. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay within two weeks may terminate the Service.

All intellectual-property rights in the Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

We protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a license to use it only as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Use the Service to compete with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legal reasons. You may terminate at any time by contacting trinet@trinetmedical.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post significant changes on our website; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state courts of New Jersey.
